Owner
Eugenia has 14 years experience as a legal professional. Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, Eugenia embarked on a journey to build an Assisting Hands office in Lake County Illinois with her husband. Eugenia’s personal life experiences have led her to take a special interest and passion in providing high quality in-home care services and elder care services which led her to start Assisting Hands Home Care. One interesting fact about Eugenia. Prior to her working with Assisting Hands her hobby was Pro-Am ballroom dancing, she participated in several competitions in Ukraine.
Jennifer Kloepfer
Care Manager
Jennifer is the Care Manager and Scheduler at Assisting Hands Libertyville, bringing
nearly seven years of dedicated experience in the caregiving industry. Her journey began
with six years as a compassionate caregiver, providing personalized support to seniors. In
her current role, Jennifer coordinates and manages home care services, ensuring that
clients receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs.
Passionate about working with seniors, Jennifer finds great fulfillment in listening to their
life stories and learning from their experiences. She believes that caregiving is her true
calling and considers it a blessing to contribute positively to the lives of others each day.
Beyond her professional commitments, Jennifer is a mother of three and a grandmother
of two. Affectionately known as the "animal lady" for her deep love of animals, she
brings warmth and empathy to both her personal and professional life.
